In the spring of 2010 we began looking for a home in Coolidge via the internet. Ken Bolan was the agent who responded to our inquiries. We couldn't have fallen into better hands. Ken patiently listened to our needs and then set out to find the match. Having purchased many homes over the years we can honestly say that this was our best experience. Ken never pressured us to look outside of our parameters. After closing he went the extra mile handing clean-up, painting and carpet shampoo so that the house was move in ready when we arrived several months later. Ken obviously loves what he does and we honestly loved working with him.

Ken Bolan has the knowledge of other professionals in the area. He knows who has the best reputation to recommend for various services such as home inspections, mortgage companies, etc. Ken is available to work around your schedule. He quickly responds to phone calls and answers questions in a professional manner.

Ken is very knowledgeable, patient and honest. It's nice working with a realtor that is not pushy or trying to rush you into making an offer on a house. My husband and I looked at numerous houses over four months before purchasing one. Ken would tell us if he thought a house was priced right, what type of neighborhood it was located in and in some cases new of recent worked done to the house. Ken also has a long list of highly recommended business people that any homeowner would find beneficial if they are buying or selling a house. We would definitely do business with Ken in the future and have recommended him to several friends.

My wife and I were looking for an investment property to purchase in Arizona. Since we live in Canada and had not previous visited Arizona we really did not know where to start. Ken was extremely patient with us and provided information about various areas and the housing market in general. As a result of his advice and expertise, my wife and I were able to narrow down our search. When we traveled to Arizona, Ken was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was aware that I had limited time to locate and purchase a property and dedicated his time in order that we found the perfect property. Since the property we were interested in was a short sale, Ken ensured that we were fully aware of the process when purchasing a short sale property. After the purchase, Ken assisted us in finding the ideal renters for our property and we are extremely pleased with his professionalism. We feel blessed to have been able to work with Ken. We were fortunate to find our dream home, and a realtor that understood how important that was. He was incredibly efficient and had great recommendations for everything we needed. Everyone we used from our mortgage company to the home inspection was based on Ken's recommendations. I represent a California lender and recently foreclosed on a single family home in Coolidge, AZ. Mr. Ken Bolan was referred to me by a real estate agent in Scottsdale. Mr. Bolan managed the property maintenance and improvements for about 30 days prior to the property being in escrow. I would prefer not to have any more foreclosures in Mr. Bolan’s sales area, however if I did, he would be our “goto” guy.
